LetterReflex – Overcoming Letter Reversals | Education Apps
LetterReflex app is a must have for many! Letter reversal is a very common issue for many people. This tool is fantastic!
Using kinesthetic learning techniques in the first activity, children learn from the tilting motion just which way to tilt. In many cases the issue is just confusion between left and right. Practice makes perfect as many teachers are already seeing.
The Flip it activity helps kids discriminate and correct the direction to show the right letter. Swipe the letters until they are in the proper position.
There are also the tracking and progress reports, making it easy to see what needs work as well as the ability to email the reports from the app! This is a fantastic teaching app that should be in all schools and preschools! Even better for Parents – you can start and reinforce at home!
This app will work on all of your ios devices 🙂
You will quickly see how the tilting action trains the mind!
Swiping the letters into the correct direction – a fun way to learn!
This app is a great addition to your kid’s toolbox for life!

What was the initial inspiration for LetterReflex?
Frank: As with Dexteria, our other app that improves fine motor skills, we tried to pick a widespread developmental challenge. I noticed that my first graders (twin girls) have this issue, and so do a lot of their classmates.
What is your favorite aspect of your app?
Frank: I like the way we emphasized movement to help solve a cognitive issue. It brings the whole mind-body connection into focus.
Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?
Frank: We encourage our customers to send us feedback and suggestions about the app. We are good listeners. Our customers really helped define the evolution of Dexteria and we hope they’ll do the same for LetterReflex.
Thank you! The site started with my Grandson – 2 years old then. I was swimmin in the sea of apps for days sorting enough apps to fill one page on his iPad.
Your feedback is appreciated 😉
