Rumpelstiltskin is a well known tale.  This is an incredible app! I was amazed when did this app review. This book app takes development to a whole new level. It raises the bar! I wish had a big screen to show it to you.
The images are breathtaking and the scenery is so enticing you I imagine myself on stage in a play. Kids will love this fun app.
Humor is thrown in as well – Touch the torch too many times and it says “you’re wasting power” Then tap the little man a couple of time and he will say “Stop Poking Me!” And the end tap all the characters for humorous comments as well.
Use the ‘about us’ button and you will see that there are more in the works!

This app is designed for the iPhone and iPod as well.  It is presented to us by Silicon Beach Software and I hope they can sense my standing ovation!

What was the initial inspiration for Rumpelstiltskin?

We were looking for a well known fairy tale, and one that didn’t have too many characters or scenes because 3D art and animations are very time consuming to produce.  I’d say we also liked the idea of an animation for spinning straw into gold. ~ Charlie Jackson

What is your favorite aspect of your app?

We were able to add to the story by having every character say something every time they get tapped. ~ Charlie Jackson

Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?

Interactive storybooks are just getting started.  In two years, we will look back at this first generation of apps and say, wow, look how much more the stories have in them now. ~ Charlie Jackson
