Operation Math is a fantastic app. It is presented as a game and is very enticing for kids 5 and up. Great way to have an adventure and practice math! Agent Prime is continuously working to stop Dr. Odd and his destructive plans!

With a total of 105 missions this app is sure to keep you kids working through the math applications and rushing to help on a global level! There are un-lockable watches and uniforms as you progress.

What was the initial inspiration for Operation Math?

We’ve had a blast making apps for toddlers. But, as developers, we also have kids who are in a slightly older age range, and we really wanted to make an app that they could enjoy while they’re still young. So we took all the things that we loved about spy movies — like code watches, spy gear, and missions — and turned it into a series of missions that make learning math tables fun. The result has been great for us as parents too, because it’s a lot easier to “let” your kids play than it is to make them do their homework. Plus, we built the game, so we know they’re really learning the stuff they have to know.

What is your favorite aspect of your app?

On a gut level, it’s got to be the spy theme. The music, graphic and other spy themes really pull you in. But I think the real secret is how it mixes rewards with just enough frustration to keep you playing. Sometimes we all have a tendency to make things too easy for kids when they really like — and want — to be challenged. With this game, there’s always another reward to earn, a time to beat or another mission to master.

Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?

Right now, our biggest news is that we’re starting to bring all of our titles to the Android platform in addition to the Apple iOS. The entire Tots Education Series is already on the Android Marketplace and the Amazon Appstore, and others will be coming soon. So if you know someone who likes our apps but doesn’t have an iPad or iPhone, feel free to spread the word.
